本世纪初，因上海市政规划和上海电气集团发展规划调整等因素，上海四方锅炉厂研发中心整体划归上海工业锅炉研究所。根据上海工业锅炉研究所的战略部署和国家产业分布导向政策要求，原有的技术研发团队保留在上海总部和博瑞特集团成员企业上海博瑞特热能设备有限公司联合开发高效节能锅炉，其生产基地向国务院“承接产业转移示范区”转移。基于前期多年来良好的产业协作基础，为进一步巩固与深化合作，尤其是促进WNS、WZS型高效节能燃气锅炉的市场拓展，双方决定由博瑞特集团成员企业安徽博瑞特热能设备股份有限公司进行制造推广，即产业化制造基地设在安徽宣城。
为响应国家环保部对大气污染（PM2.5）控制的要求及清洁能源战略，双方在保留原上海四方优势产品的基础上，将研发的重点投入在燃气的高效利用上，争做一流节能燃气锅炉制造企业。

Bright Group Company was established in 1992,and now the registered share capital is 68 million yuan. After more than 20 years of rapid development, our Company has got the AQSIQ authorized Level A boiler manufacture license, A2-class pressure vessel manufacture license，I-class boiler installation, maintenance and repair & alteration license and GC2-class pressure piping installation, maintenance and repair & alteration license. The company has also got the ISO 9001 quality system certificate, ISO14001 environment management system certificate, GB/T 28001 professional health and safety management system certificate and ASME Certificate of Authorization from America. And it is a national high and new tech enterprise, and the first to have “Academician Workstation” of the special equipment enterprise in the same industry of the country. The company has relations of strategic cooperation and industrial cooperation of many years with Shanghai Institute of Industrial Boilers ( original Shanghai Sifang Boiler Plant), and it is a production base of industrialization of the science and technology for Shanghai Institute of Industrial Boilers.
At the beginning of this century, due to the Shanghai municipal planning and the development plan adjustment of Shanghai Electric Group, the technical R & D center in Shanghai Sifang Boiler Plant was wholly incoperated into Shanghai Institute of Industrial Boilers. According to the strategic plan of the Shanghai Institute of Industrial Boilers and the oriented policy of the national industrial distribution, the orginal technical R & D team was retained in Shanghai headquater and jointly developed high effective and energy-saving boilers with Shanghai Bright Thermal Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. from the enterprise memeber of Bright Group, and its production base was tranferred to the State Council “demonstration zone of undertaking industrial transfer”. Based on good industrial cooperation foundation of years, for further consolidation and deeping of cooperation, in particular to promote the market development of WNS and SZS type high efficiency and energy-saving gas-fired boilers, the two parties decide to manufacture and promotion by Shanghai Bright Thermal Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. from the enterprise memeber of Bright Group, that the industrialization manfacturing base is established in Xuancheng, Anhui.
In response to the requirement of the State Environmental Protection Department to air pollution (PM2.5) of control and the national clean energy development strategy, based on retaining the superior products of the original Shanghai Sifang Boiler Plant, the two parties will invest the focus of R & D on highly effective way to use gas-fired and become first-class energy-saving gas-fired boiler manufacturer.
The “Bright” brand gas-fired boiler is assessed as Energy-saving Mechnical and Electrical Equipment (Products) Recommended Directory by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the the People’s Republic of China in 2012.
