锦州锅炉集团位于风景秀丽、交通发达的辽西中心城市——锦州。集团公司是由原锦州锅炉厂等三家企业经过改制组建成立的股份制企业，现由锦州锅炉（集团）有限责任公司、锦州锅炉集团冠达锅炉容器制造安装有限公司、锦州冠达热力有限公司组成。集团公司已形成锅炉设计、制造、安装；压力容器、压力管道、起重机安装改造、集中供热一条龙式的规模化现代企业。
集团公司具有A级锅炉制造许可证；D级压力容器制造许可证；1级锅炉安装、改造维修许可证；压力管道安装许可证；50t级起重机安装许可证。锦州锅炉(集团)有限责任公司、锦州锅炉集团冠达锅炉容器制造安装有限公司均通过了ISO9001:2008质量管理体系认证。
集团公司的主要产品有：“锦锅”牌1-240t/h蒸汽锅炉、0.7-116MW热水锅炉、各种参数的余热锅炉及动力锅炉五大系列200多种层燃锅炉、层燃低氮燃烧锅炉、室燃炉和循环流化床锅炉及各种余热锅炉产品；I、II类压力容器。
