安徽金鼎锅炉股份有限公司是一家从事城市垃圾焚烧发电锅炉、城市污泥焚烧发电锅炉、生物质焚烧发电锅炉、医疗废弃物焚烧锅炉、各类余热发电锅炉、电站锅炉、LNG船用供气系统、LNG车用气瓶及供气系统、低温液体储罐系列以及其它化工容器、其配套辅机等产品的研发、生产、安装及工程咨询服务为主的国家高新技术企业。企业创建于1958年,2004年12月经安徽省人民政府批准进行股份制改造,成立安徽金鼎锅炉股份有限公司。

2010年底,公司完成了整体搬迁工作,新址位于安徽省芜湖市国家级经济技术开发区,新厂区总占地面积约700亩,一期建筑面积逾15万多平方米。

公司总资产近10亿元,职工人数800余人,其中工程技术人员200多人。公司拥有A级锅炉和D1、D2级压力容器设计、A2制造许可证、Ⅰ级安装资质、ISO9001:200质量体系认证书、美国ASME“U”“S”规范钢印及授权证书,欧盟产品制造资质。公司现拥有近五十项发明专利和实用新型专利。是安徽节能装备制造基地、国家级首批高新技术企业、安徽省企业技术中心,安徽省余热锅炉工程技术研究中心,安徽工业大学博士后工作站,安徽省焊工考试委员会。公司曾获“安徽名牌产品证书”、“中国电力设备管理协会推荐品牌证书”等,并先后被评为安徽省优秀非公有制企业、市级重合同守信用单位、芜湖银行业协会颁发的信贷诚信企业等称号。 

2004年以来,公司结合国家产业政策,在节能环保和可再生能源利用领域积极研发和探索,成功切入国家大力提倡和支持的节能环保新能源领域,公司产品实现了从工业锅炉向可再生能源利用锅炉和余热锅炉的成功转型。 

金鼎锅炉凭借过硬的技术和高标准的制造质量,先后与美国卡万塔能源公司、美国惠乐科技股份有限公司、德国费赛亚巴高克公司,芬兰美卓动力公司、福斯特惠勒等国际知名公司合作。共同设计开放并制造了多种产品,涵盖城市垃圾焚烧发电锅炉、城市污泥焚烧发电锅炉、生物质焚烧发电锅炉、造纸废弃物和黑液焚烧发电锅炉、医疗废弃物焚烧锅炉、各类余热发电锅炉、电站锅炉等多个领域。产品出口到二十多个国家和地区,销往国内20多个省、市,在国内外用户中享有较高的声誉,树立了金鼎锅炉在节能锅炉制造上的优势。 

有色行业余热锅炉已形成系列产品,包括铜冶炼、镍冶炼、铅锌冶炼等余热锅炉,已稳居同类型节能装备市场的前列。

Anhui Jinding Boiler Co., Ltd is a state key high-tech enterprise principally engaged in R&D, manufacture, installation and engineering service for MSW incinerated boilers, municipal sludge incinerated boilers, bio-mass incinerated boilers, medical waste incinerated boilers, various types of waste heat boilers, power station boilers, metallurgical equipment and chemical pressure vessels as well as their accessory equipment. The company was founded as early as in 1958. Approved in Dec. 2004 by Anhui Provincial Government, the ownership of the company was transferred from the government to shareholders, and Anhui Jinding Boiler Co., Ltd was established. By the end of 2010, the company had removed into its new premise which is located in National Economic & Technical Development Zone, Wuhu, Anhui Province. The new plant covers a total area of over 47 hectares with a floor area of 15000 M2 for its first phase construction

With its registered capital of RMB60 million and total capital of almost RMB1 billion, the company now has over 800 employees among whom more than 200 are engineers and technicians. The company is a state-certified A-Class boiler manufacturer, holding design & manufacture licenses of D1 & D2 pressure vessels, manufacture license of A2 pressure vessels, I-Class of installation License, Certificates of ISO9001:2000, and ASME accredited Stamps of “S” and “U” as well as qualification of manufacturing European products. The company has approximately 50 patents for invention and utility models. It was awarded by the governments as the National Hi-tech Enterprise, the Energy Saving Equipment Manufacturing Base in Anhui Province and Anhui Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Anhui Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for waste heat boilers, Postdoctoral Work Centre of Anhui University of Technology and Anhui Examination Committee of Welders. The company was awarded such certificates as “Anhui Provincial Famous Brand Products” and “China Power Equipment Management Society Nominated Brand Products”. It was also honored as Anhui Provincial Excellent Non-governmental Enterprise, Organization of Observing Contracts & Keeping Promises by Wuhu Municipal Government and Integrity Credit Enterprise by Wuhu Bank Association.

Since 2004, in response to industrial policies of Chinese government, Anhui Jinding Boiler Co., Ltd has been actively engaged in R & D of energy saving, environmental protection and renewable energy technology, and successfully entered the new energy field of energy saving and environmental protection which has been strongly advocated and supported by the state policy, and switched its production from industrial boilers into waste heat boilers and renewable energy boilers.

With its advanced technology and high quality of manufacturing, the company has cooperated with several internationally well-known companies, such as U. S. Covanta Energy Cooperation, German Fisia Babcock, Finnish Metso Power Oy and Fosterwheeler, etc and co-developed and fabricated various types of power generation products, including MSW incinerated boilers, municipal sludge incinerated boilers, bio-mass incinerated boilers, paper-making waste and black liquid boilers, medical waste incinerated boilers, various types of waste heat boilers and utility boilers, etc. The products fabricated by the company have enjoyed a good reputation both at home and abroad and are sold to over 20 countries and regions internationally and to over 20 provinces and cities domestically every year, which has given the company an advantage in manufacturing of energy saving boilers.

The company has designed and fabricated a series of waste heat boilers for non-ferrous industry, including those for copper smelting, nickel smelting and lead & zinc Smelting, etc, which have been solidly in front rank in the market of similar energy-saving equipment in China. In 2009, the company co-developed with Chinese Science of Academy the technology of biomass super enthalpy burning power generation which is now under industrialization. Since it is the key project supported by the Ministry of Science & Technology, it is planned to be listed into the first batch of “12th Five Year Plan” key projects by the Ministry. 

After 50 years of development, Anhui Jinding Boiler Co., Ltd has obtained a strong force in its human resources, technology and equipment. By grasping the historical shining hour that China is reinforcing it energy-saving and emission-reduction, and developing its environmental protection industry, the company has been working hard on optimizing its product mix, strengthening its independent creativity, improving its internal management and core competency, based on which the company is determined to make its energy-saving equipment manufacturing base strong and stable so as to offer its contributions to promoting a sound ecological environment for the mankind.
